For more than 80 years, Jensen has manufactured quality, dependable pumping units. With its own foundry and complete in-house manufacturing, including gear reducers, Jensen Pump Jacks are the highest quality jacks in the world. Jensen manufactures both a Crank Balance Unit and a Beam Balance Unit. All models use Jensen gear reducers featuring Helical gears that provide quiet operation and long life.
JB Series pumping units operate using a method of conventional well production with savings in prime mover power by up to 50%. The unique structure uses the rotation of the beam as the advantage to the prime mover. With the advantage, coupled to field modification for well conditions, makes the unit the ideal candidate for these times of high production costs.
Jensen Crank Balance Units are best suited for deep, high production wells. They feature a unique ball and groove saddle pin retention method which eliminates the need for thrust bearings and alignment devices. This allows for a compact, low maintenance assembly mounted in a heavy cast iron housing for added strength. Crank Balance Models
JENSEN Beam Balance Units are best suited for shallow, low production wells. They feature Jensen Wrist Pins, pre-packed at our factory, for longer life and less in-field maintenance. All models use rugged cast iron alloy saddle bearings and beam pitman bearings, resulting in longer life and less downtime. Beam Balance Models
